Foil on Ranch dipping sauce was creased and perhaps punctured. I was the only one sick. Symptoms started within 4 hours. Nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, abdominal cramping occurred for the next 6-7 hours.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐, 抽筋

The chicken was cooked in bad grease it had a weird taste to it. I bought a 20 piece chicken today got home ate some of it and immediately tasted a weird taste in my mouth now I’m throwing up.It seems to me like they didn’t change the coming oil.  | 症状: 恶心, 呕吐

Not sure 3 out of 4 in my family. 2 of us only had diarrhea. One of us had vomiting diarrhea and fever. The diarrhea started about 3 to 4 hours after eating there the vomiting and fever was 24 hours after  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 呕吐
