I only had a peanut butter fudge shake, but I almost immediately began to feel nauseous and about 30 minutes to an hour after I finished it I threw it all up entirely. Not fun. My stomach is still churning a little.  | 症状: 恶心, 呕吐

Possibly Romaine lettuce and ranch dressing, 1 person got sick that I know if. Nausea within 6 hours of eating. Vomiting at about 22 hours also feel chills.  | 症状: 恶心, 呕吐, 寒战

We ate a deluxe chicken burger and fries, My daughter and I ate the same thing and it first stated worth upset stomach and nausea and then lots of vomiting. I am still not feeling well and this started around 6pm and it is now 1 am  | 症状: 恶心, 呕吐
