I ate the salad around 9:15pm last night from Wendy’s. It was the crispy spicy chicken Caesar salad. My symptoms started not even 30 min after eating the salad. I feel so sick and terrible my symptoms are still going on it’s every 10 min I have to use the bathroom.  | 症状: 腹泻

我在 2018 年 2 月 6 日大约 3:30 去了芝士蛋糕工厂。我吃了虾 Gumbo 什么都没吃。到那天晚上，我开始发冷和发烧。第二天我病得了剧烈，呕吐，腹泻，发烧，剧烈头痛和发冷。  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐, 头痛, 寒战

我们从爸爸约翰斯那里订购了两个披萨，吃了大约 7-8ish。我妈妈感觉到症状希望有一个小时。我爸在午夜之前感觉到了它们，我早上 7 点左右就收到了它们。我弟弟目前没有任何症状。我们出现的一些症状包括腹泻、恶心、偏头痛/头痛、抽筋等。注意安全。
