我在星期五 7 点 45 分左右吃晚饭，星期五晚上 9 点 15 分左右我开始感到恶心和胃痉挛。我星期六凌晨 5 点醒来时感觉非常恶心，腹泻然后回去睡觉。我在凌晨 5 点 45 分再次醒来，知道我会吐出来的。我坐在床上然后到处扔掉。那天晚些时候又扔了两次，开始感到非常头晕和寒冷。现在做得更好，但是永远不会再吃任何辣椒

Had this meal at around 8:30pm on 14APR18. Nothing was alarming me until I woke up the next morning, and I have been in extreme pain and very frequent diarrhea episodes throughout the whole day.  | 症状: 腹泻
