We ate there. I got the stuffed chicken Marsala and mashed potatoes. This was a Friday evening around 5:30pm. By 10:00 I had terrible vomiting/diarrhea. The vomiting lasted till Saturday evening and the diarrhea continued until Monday. It was horrible. I had fever/chills also  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐, 寒战

进入时有难闻的气味，建筑物很脏，沙拉吧很脏，我吃了鸡肉和意大利面，它是微波炉加热的，我对贝类过敏并通知了我的服务员，进出厨房的员工，怪异的气味像垃圾，员工心怀不满，厨房里的厨师似乎卫生不好。我在星期六下午吃了东西，离开停车场 5 分钟我正在呕吐到剩菜袋里，第三天生病了，呕吐了几个小时，现在有头部感冒和流感样症状。呕吐腹泻发烧和发冷，病得很重，没有医疗保险

Cottage cheese - I ate Simple Truth organic low-fat cottage cheese with several days of diarrhea. This happened with two batches and were within sell by date. It could be due to severe lactose intolerance because I only eat occasional cheese as dairy products.  | 症状: 腹泻

I went around 1048am had a McDouble that wasn’t even fresh even though they just started breakfast the went to Dollywood and didn’t eat nothing but that and started throwing up around 2:30 all the way to now diarrhea nausea and vomiting and I feel warm I’m… 更多
