We ate dinner at this restaurant around 8pm. I started with severe abdominal pain that woke me up at 4am followed by diarrhea. My 8 year old daughter started vomiting at 6am. She vomited fruit which was a side with her childs meal. I had the vegetable pad thai.  | 症状: 恶心, 呕吐, 腹泻

我们于 6 月 15 日星期六下午 4 点去了那里的 Scratch 厨房.我女儿吃了婴儿的后肋骨，到凌晨 12 点 45 分，我的女儿多次出现爆炸性腹泻恶心/呕吐，身体虚弱，我们最终于周日早上 3 点 50 分到急诊区接受了食物中毒治疗。  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐, 弱点

Had soft beef tacos with lettuce at and 3 hours later got broke out in cold sweat vomited followed by diarrhea, stomach cramps., I am only one sick and only one who ate soft beef tacos with lettuce. Started approximately 3 hours after eating. Extremely nauseated and painful abdominal cramping.  | 症状: 呕吐, 恶心, 腹泻, 抽筋, 出汗

I ordered 2 spicy chicken grillers and ate them at about 12:30pm. I went to work and at about 5:00pm I started getting nauseous and had diarrhea. 6:30pm I started puking about every 20 minutes. When I wasn't puking I was peeing out my butt. Had to… 更多
