My wife and I bought two steamers subs for lunch on Sunday, August 4, on Monday evening we started having symptoms of food poisoning. We started vomiting and had diarrhea all night it literally was the worst case of food poisoning I have ever experienced.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐

我和我丈夫今天下午 2 点左右停了下来。我们订购了一个花生 Buster Parfait 和一个橙色口味的有盖蛋筒。他吃了蛋筒然后我们把冻糕分开了半小时后我头疼得很厉害。现在已经持续了几个小时。他的头痛大约在两个小时前开始。我能听见他在呕吐现在是晚上 8 点。

Krispy Kreme package of chocolate covered donuts. Chemical cough syrup taste. Numb lips and tongue, pressure in chest, nausea, sick feeling. Coated chemical taste remains in mouth even after drinking water. Contacted police, they just said throw them away. Hope no one else gets hurt.  | 症状: 恶心

This happened in 2009. I ate dinner at Cici's, but 4 hours after I started having diaherrea and vomiting that lasted the entire night. I had not eaten anything else that day except breakfast.
I did not go to the doctor, but did call a nurse hotline and spent 2 days hydrating.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐
