Ordered 3 nacho supremes plain with only taco meat, cheese and chips. Drove away with nachos fully loaded. Then returned them at drive through. But top 2 nachos were correct. But bottom had beans. Bit into it but it had a bad flavor. 30 minutes later gave me diahrreah.  | 症状: 腹泻

首先，这正是导致我严重食物中毒的地点和原因，导致我进入重症加护病室。除了六个多小时前吃的早餐卷饼外，这是我那天唯一吃的食物。
谢天谢地，我没吃完汉堡包，因为食物传播的污染物对我的打击非常严重，可能会杀死我... 而且我只吃完了 3/4 的汉堡。
已经四天了，我离 ICU 已经 24 小时了。我有极度的脱水，极低的血压，呕吐，腹泻，可怕的疼痛，到处都是斑点的红色皮疹。
