Ordered 3 nacho supremes plain with only taco meat, cheese and chips. Drove away with nachos fully loaded. Then returned them at drive through. But top 2 nachos were correct. But bottom had beans. Bit into it but it had a bad flavor. 30 minutes later gave me diahrreah.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea

First off, this is exactly where and what gave me severe food poisoning that landed me in ICU. It's the only food I consumed that day other than a breakfast burrito I had over six hours earlier.
