Went to Costa Vida for lunch yesterday. Friend and I both came down sick today. She ate her lunch before me. I dropped her off then took my toddler home then ate. Hee symptoms started in the same time gap then mine.

星期六晚上 10 点 30 分，我吃了两个初级培根芝士汉堡，半小时后我的胃开始疼痛，半小时后，我开始经历一生中最严重的抽筋，它们令人难以忍受，它们连续持续了 8 个小时，伴随着发烧和发冷。真是地狱。

Bought enough roast beef sandwiches for 3 days. First night sick with terrible diareah next day feeling better and dumb enough to eat them again. Symptoms repeating definetaly the roast Beef. Not eating the rest! Not cool Arbys seriously not Cool!!!  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心
