I got a chicken sandwich with banana peppers on it and their banana peppers made me feel very sick later that night! I vomited everywhere and wasn't able to show up to work the next day  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 发烧, 呕吐

October 14th, 2016, my whole family went to Wendy's. My daughter and I are the only one I got the Junior bacon cheese burgers we're the only ones that got sick, that night throwing up and diarrhea We got food about 4:15 and started noticing getting sick about midnight.  | 症状: 腹泻, 呕吐
