昨晚我和我女儿吃了 Wendy 的晚餐。我丈夫不饿也没饿。我们有 4 对 4。她有一个芝士汉堡，我有一个双叠。这是下午 6 点左右。晚上 11 点左右，我的胃开始抽筋，恶心发作。我在午夜左右起床呕吐然后腹泻。我去躺在床上意识到自己有发冷。我躺在那里肚子抽筋了一些。凌晨 2 点左右我又起床了，肚子还在抽筋，我又呕吐了。我躺下来了。还在抽筋，恶心。我觉得自己会再腹泻一些，但是直到今天早上 8 点才出现腹泻。我呕吐然后又腹泻了。我 10 岁的女儿今天早上走进我的房间，问她是否可以洗个澡，因为她说肚子整晚都在疼，然后扔在床上。我丈夫没有生病，他没有吃温迪的任何东西，我和我的女儿仍然感到非常痛苦。

had a spicy chicken wrap and waited an hour and a half before eating the junior bacon cheeseburger, it was dark so I couldn't see the burger. within an hour I was feeling like I was going to vomit, then continued to vomit through out the night. and diarrhea  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐

Got 4 cheeseburger happy meals for the kids at 2 pm. Apple slices, fries, chocolate milks. All 4 kids were vomiting by 6 pm. Vomiting and diarrhea still happening 24 hours later.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

I ate at about 7:30 P.M. and with the cheeseburger with onions and a coke. 10 hours later I woke up to throwing up. I had a fever, nausea and awful diarrhea. On Sunday 03/18/2018 I ate a cheeseburger and fries around 2:30. By 4:00 I had diarrhea, so I laid down and within a half hour started vomiting. Had vomiting and diarrhea for the next 7 hours, did not go to work the next day and as I'm submitting this now I still don't feel 100%  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐
