昨天晚上我吃了鸡块。首先我觉得我需要呕吐，当我回到家时，我立刻开始呕吐。我在呕吐，整个晚上和早上都有可怕的 diahrrea。我呕吐的每一口水。现在我感觉虚弱，几乎没吃任何东西，我喝活性煤是为了感觉好些。

I ordered a double stack and chicken nuggets yesterday and a couple of hours later I started feeling really sick to my stomach. I was up all night feeling like I had to throw up and finally after 4 hours it came out of both ends. I'm concerned that more people will get sick.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐
