我有鸡肉三明治，我要求员工只把酱汁放在三明治的一边，但是他们给了我错了，不得不重新做，所以我不知道我是故意中毒了，或者我吃了三明治后我的喉咙疼了，我感觉到感冒。恶心，吐起来我的胃开始受伤，我感到很虚弱。现在是 22 日，现在是 25 日，我还在经历肚子和背部疼痛（感觉全部虚弱），我不断用流鼻涕打喷嚏。我不知道我是否咳嗽了流感或员工的某些东西还是只是食物准备中毒。但是那个三明治是我唯一拥有的东西所以我知道这是引起投掷的原因等。

Ate around 8 pm last night. Chicken sandwich and fries and a few nuggets. Woke up around 4/5 am sick as a dog. Still sick and my stomach is gurgling and just feel gross.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

Had their spicy chicken sandwich with the side of Mac and cheese. About 4 hours after I had eaten the food I was sick! Vomiting, fevers, chills, hot flashes, etc. I was sick for about 24 hours and then it was just the fact I lost my appetite for a few days after!  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐, 其他, 发烧, 寒战, 食欲不振
