炒面、芝麻蜂蜜鸡和橙鸡。早上四点醒来时有严重的胃痛，导致 14 小时几乎持续的呕吐和腹泻。无法压低液体，变得真的脱水了。食物尝起来很陈旧，好像已经超过了食品安全标准建议的时间。体重减轻了 10 磅，体重已经过轻了，这很不幸，因为我现在已经 133 岁了
