6 hours after lunch my mother because extremely sick, she vomited multiple times along with watery diarrhea severe stomach cramps, chills and a fever. The only food items she had that we didn’t were the clam chowder and some salad.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 发烧, 呕吐, 抽筋, 寒战

Monday afternoon about 4:30 p.m. purchased Clam Chowder from the Soup Bar. Went home, ate about 6 cashews & the soup. Started stomach cramps about 6 p.m. violently ill all night. I had oysters Rockefeller, Parmesan crusted mahi mahi and the clam chowder. About 2 hours after dinner I started feeling nauseous. It followed with diarrhea and vomiting through out the night. Last about 6 hours.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐
