My husband ordered food here on July 6th, 2019 at 2:31 pm. The order included 4 cheeseburgers, French fries, a chicken sandwich and a chicken nugget happy meal. The chicken was the cause of the illness in my young son. My husband consumed the chicken sandwich and also felt queasy.  | 症状: 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐

19 年 5 月 4 日，我给孩子们买了一顿快乐的鸡块，然后给自己买了 2 个苹果派。吃了馅饼大约 2 小时后，我的气体不好，去了洗手间几次。我的孩子的食物中毒真的很糟糕。我们在 4:30 左右吃了东西，到 11:30，我女儿正在呕吐。我儿子在 5 点 30 分醒来，开始因腹泻而无法控制地呕吐。再也不会了。

Sunday 31st March my young child was treated to a chicken nugget happy meal with a strawberry milkshake. It’s the only meal he ate which differs from rest of family and he became unwell within 18 hrs. Three days later he’s still very unwell and being tested… 更多

My son had a happy meal (plain hamburger, fries) on March 29 at the McDonald’s inside of Walmart. Four hours later he through up all his food, complained his stomach was hurting him. I knew it was the happy meal because he had nothing prior to it… 更多
