我 5 岁的孩子吃了一顿快乐的饭，这是他整天吃的第一件事，只有那个，他在凌晨 5 点起床生病了，而且真的很糟糕的抽筋甚至无法保持水分。病情持续了大约 7 个小时，但还不超过 24 小时  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐, 抽筋

我的孩子们吃了一顿快乐的饭，我和妈妈在晚上 7 点左右吃了一顿家常饭。10 点左右，我们开始感到讨厌，我妈妈在她打电话给他们的汉堡包里发现了一根头发，他们说他们会替换她的汉堡包。我们整天早上都因腹泻胃痛和呕吐而生病。

My daughter had a chicken nugget happy meal at 6.30pm on Thursday 16th March.
At 6am Friday 17th March she woke crying. She had watery dhiarrea and vomited on 3 occasions until 9.45am. Dhiarrea continued until morning of Saturday 18th March.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐
