I bought a mc double small fry and mcchicken from McDonald's around 8 Monday night at the one off rockbridge. I knew something was off about the mcchicken but I couldn't really pinpoint it. It started 2 am that morning . Diarrhea, vomit every 30 mins. I've been sick 5 days now and lost 10 pounds  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

上课前上午11点左右订购了冰摩卡咖啡，里面有普通牛奶，没有鞭子奶油和一只mcchicken。胃在 1:30 左右开始受伤，所以我试着小睡一会来克服它。4 点左右醒来然后吐出咖啡。从那时起，胃痛几乎无法忍受，我每小时或每当我尝试喝任何液体时都会呕吐。那天我什么都没吃所以我知道那是麦当劳。
