和我丈夫共享了一个玉米片油炸物，只吃了 1 个蘸奶酪的鱼苗，玉米片贝尔格兰德没有豆子，Felt（仍然感觉）在同一小时内恶心，头痛，胃痉挛，恶心，腹泻，呕吐，发冷。（当他们第一次把杯子交给我喝的时候，里面有一个虫子（看起来像黑色披头士乐队的小东西，他们马上就换了杯子。到目前为止整晚都病得很重。我们再也不会在这里吃饭了。

昨晚我有一个玉米片薯条盒和 Taco Bell 的牛排 chalupa。我上床睡觉感觉很好...第二天早上 3 点 04 分我醒来时出汗、恶心、头晕和虚弱。从今天早上开始我一直在呕吐，胃部不舒服，腹泻。毫无疑问，这是塔可钟的食物。我整天都不能吃东西，感觉这样糟透了。这是我最后一次也是最后一次从 Taco Bell 吃东西！！！！！

我订购了一个装满的鸡肉烤架和玉米片薯条。吃完不超过 5 分钟后，我感到头晕和恶心，我躺下了，但是闭上眼睛时恶心似乎更糟。两个小时后，我呕吐得太多，以至于我可以看到呕吐物里吃的食物。我也有腹泻，第二天早上我头疼得很厉害。这发生在 2018 年 2 月 18 日，我再也不会在塔可钟吃东西了。

Had a nacho. The first symptoms started appearing ~4hs after I ate. At first I had stomachache followed by diarrhea. Few hours latter I started feeling nausea and vomited my whole dinner. I couldn't eat for the next 24 hs, which I spent running to the bathroom… 更多

I ordered a Nacho Bell Grande meal with extra tomatoes and sour cream 2/18/18 afternoon. By morning I was completely sick. I knew it tasted differently from how it normally taste but I just assumed it was the extra sour cream that adjusted the flavor.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐
