2017 年 5 月 4 日下午 6 点 45 分左右，我拿起了四分之一磅的奶酪、薯条和 “苹果派”（原来是覆盆子和奶油芝士）。第二天下午早些时候，我开始出现恶心，然后是呕吐、腹泻和发烧发冷。现在，三天后，我开始恢复胃口了。

On Two days ago I got a quarter pounder with cheese and fries. The burger tasted very salty. About three hours later my stomach was cramping and I had diarrhea. I still have the same symptoms. Three years ago almost the same thing happened, but was much worse.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 抽筋
