I ate my entire meal minutes in to eating i got felt nauseous after completing my meal i sat the bad down and immediately grabbed the bag and vomited really hard until i reached my bathroom where that didnt stop in till it seems l ike i finished my throat is really sore this took something out of me  | 症状: 腹泻, 呕吐

One of the cooks is a young girl who doesn’t like me over a boy . I ordered a 10 piece nugget and a classic chicken . I only received 7 nuggets and on my classic it was only 1 squirt of sauce rubbed in the bun , no pickles or anything . I’ve been sick for 2 days now  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 呕吐

My mom and I both got mcdoubles and three hours later we were throwing up, on the toilet and nearly passed out. We became dehydrated and couldn't keep anything down. We had to go to the hospital  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐

I had a chicken burger and chocolate milkshake 10 minutes later I suddenly had a severe fever severe pain in lower stomach struggling to breath and throw up everything I will never go to McDonalds again.  | 症状: 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐

Every Saturday I get 2 sausage burritos and a large sweet tea. Usually the sausage does slightly upset my stomach but it passes within 20-30 minutes of eating. But this time, the cramps were insatiable. It got to the point to where I threw up every ounce… 更多

我在 2018 年 8 月 22 日星期三吃了汉堡包和薯条。汉堡中间很冷，味道真的很奇怪，我又咬了几口然后停止吃了。这是中午左右。晚上 8 点左右我开始感到不适，晚上 10 点我出现了严重的恶心、抽筋，我一直在剧烈呕吐直到凌晨 4 点 30 分。我会大汗淋漓然后感觉过热然后我会发冷然后冻结。
