I stopped around 7pm on Sat, June 2, and purchased a sausage mcmuffin and egg sandwich. I developed a stomach ache within 4 hrs and was vomiting within 6 hrs and again at 7 hours post eating.  | 症状: 呕吐

我在早上 6 点左右去了这个地方，点了一顿丰盛的早餐餐，然后吃了热蛋糕、鸡蛋、香肠和饼干加葡萄果酱（热蛋糕上也有黄油），然后在上午 11 点左右开始腹泻，然后第二天我胃痛非常痛苦，呕吐了好几次，无法保持任何食物。

I ate last Friday 01-06-2018.Im only feeling well again today Wednesday 06-06-2018.When I phoned the manager he thought it was funny and couldn't wait to get off the phone I will never be back in those premises nor will my family  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 呕吐

早餐在 9:15 吃了。几个小时之内感觉一般都是一周。我整天都无法吃其他东西，到了一天结束时，我出现了腹泻。腹泻仍在继续（现在是星期三凌晨 1 点。周一晚上经历了持续 25 分钟的沉重的寒战和发抖。由于脱水似乎已经开始，我正在补水，但仍然感到虚弱和昏昏欲睡，令人头疼。不要发烧。

I had a egg mc muffin delivery in the morning. And my noon when I was driving home. Had to swerve and get out to vomit all over my self. When I got home I was so fatigued that I took a nap. When I woke up I threw up again. And now I have major diarrhea  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐
