I stopped around 7pm on Sat, June 2, and purchased a sausage mcmuffin and egg sandwich. I developed a stomach ache within 4 hrs and was vomiting within 6 hrs and again at 7 hours post eating.  | Symptoms: Vomiting

I had a egg mc muffin delivery in the morning. And my noon when I was driving home. Had to swerve and get out to vomit all over my self. When I got home I was so fatigued that I took a nap.
