Had the Big Mac meal with a chocolate shake on Sunday. Immediately developed an extreme stomach ache. Worked through my system, extreme pain, no vomiting. Tuesday evening and I still am not right but less in pain now than yesterday.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea

I ate a 10pc nugget meal with fries; it’s the only thing I’ll eat at McDonald’s, so I ran through before rehearsal around 5:00 Monday. I wasn’t sick until I had already come home and fallen asleep around 1am. I couldn’t sleep because I was so naesous… See more

This morning around 5:20. Ordered sausage ncmuffin and hash brown..assumed since I was early would have been hot and fresh but was room temp..started getting stomach cramps shortly after then diarrhea..still have bad stomach pains 8 hours later.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Cramps, Stomach Pain
