5 月 17 日星期四吃了麦当劳的巨无霸，我病得很厉害。我丈夫和儿子都吃了麦当劳但从未生病。我的腹泻是水样的，根本不会消失。周五发烧了102.9，发冷了。我知道是从那里开始的，因为这是我在过去 12 个小时里除了水之外唯一吃过的东西
