我去了特尔福德市中心的 maccies，吃了 mc 鸡肉三明治和薯条，我吃了 diahhrer，我会待 4 天我去看医生，他们说那是食物中毒，我去了阿尔斯顿零售公园的麦当劳，经常呕吐，头晕很冷，不断昏倒我又被告知这是食物中毒

I ate a Big Mac burger at 12 AM at this location. An hour later I felt nauseous, and at 2-3 AM I started vomiting. I continued to vomit and have diarrhea throughout the day. I finally stopped vomiting at around 6PM that day.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐
