Ate a chicken sandwich, waffle fries, and chicken nuggets. A few hours later my stomach began to rumble and got upset. I threw up 3 times and I could see bits and pieces of chicken.  | 症状: 呕吐, 恶心

My daughter ate the 8 piece chicken nuggets around 1:30pm on Thursday 4/30/2020. She woke up at 6:30 in the morning (17 hours later) with violent diarrhea and vomiting at the same time. She is running a fever now with constant stomach cramps.  | 症状: 腹泻, 呕吐, 发烧, 抽筋
