从莫斯科回到西雅图后，我和儿子第二天都开始感到不适。我妻子也出现了一些症状，但好转得更快。我们怀疑他们在 DL145 中提供的鸡肉食品。我经历过头痛、淋巴结疼痛和腹泻，我的儿子经历了恶心和呕吐。我们的温度保持在 37.3 C 左右（没有发烧）。

我妻子和我吃了同样的主餐。我感觉很好。在着陆前一个小时左右，他们提供了第二顿小餐。我吃了土耳其羊角面包，我妻子扭了披萨。我们降落后我开始大量出汗，摇晃，抽筋很严重，然后是腹泻。现在是 30 日星期一，我还生病了。

I’m pretty sure it was the chicken with noodles salad that made me sick, because neither of my kids had it and they didn’t get sick. I got sick in the middle of the night after getting off the plane around 8:30PM.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧

Day two of vomiting and diarrhea . First class anti pasta meal, on atl to sna portion of flight. I know it was from this food as all i had eaten all day was meals provided by airline for both legs of flight. I still feel absolutely terrible. If no improvement tomorrow im going to hospital  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐

Delta Flight Houston to SLC

I had some coffeee and an hour later I had really bad stomach cramps, in my lower stomach. The coffee tasted funny, so I knew that is what caused it. The flight attendants were very helpful though. But I chowe to report to prevent this from happening again.  | 症状: 恶心
