I had lunch with my crew here on sunday. I had the club sub. It tasted great but about 2 to 3 hours later and all of monday into today Tuesday I was vomiting and had diarrhea. I know it was the sub cause it was the only thing I eat.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

Possible from the Chili as other people eating other subs/soup did not get sick. Onset about 8 hours after eating. Stomach cramping, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea and fever.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐, 发烧, 抽筋

Co worker and I are sube from this location and within 3 hours we were both throwing up. Now 2 days later (1 with lost wages)we still have horrible diarrhea. I ordered the hook and ladder and he got the engineer.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

Tuesday 1/7 at 6:50 I had a carry out beef and cheddar brisket sub. 3 hours after consumption I began to have diarrhea and vomiting for 24 hours causing severe dehydration. After an ER visit I was diagnosed with food poisoning and treated for it and am still recovering.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐, 脱水
