I purchased a hamburger and fries. I ate my food and within hours I became ill with chills, fever, severe stomach pain, I came down with chills and a fever within 4 hours . Ate dinner arojnd 7pm on june 4th. The lettce tasted off or tomato no sure ended up feeding the rest to the dog. But my friend woke up at 11 throwing up and in pain around 4 i woke up the same way and so did my daughter. Ithe cranping pain is bad and ive, 3 people | 症状: 呕吐, 恶心, 发烧, 腹泻

I had a cheeseburger animal style with chopped chili’s extra toast on the buns and light fry fries yesterday around 5pm. I started with diarrhea and shortly after I began vomiting between 12:15am to about 5am. I am no longer vomitting but I do have diarrhea still | 症状: 腹泻, 呕吐
