Went to McDonalds at about 12:00 am, when I got the burger it was kind of hard but I thought it would be ok. I woke up at 5:30 in the morning and started piling & having diarrhea. Was definitely from the burger since I hadn't eaten anything except for toast that day.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

Three of my four children all ate hash browns and pancakes from McDonald's on 8/31 and by the evening they were throwing up and had diarrhea. It was the only thing they all ate throughout the day that was the same.  | 症状: 呕吐

我在 8 月 30 日晚上点了一份烧烤鸡肉沙拉，第二天早上我的胃正在杀死我，持续了一整天。症状包括出汗、恶心、头晕、疲劳、腹泻、抽筋、腹胀、胀气和食欲不振。我吃了一些 imodium 因为它确实有效，所以后来我买了一些 Pepto-Bismol 但它没用，现在我正在喝 pedialyte，但仍然有气体积聚。

I ate a McDonald's bacon, egg, and cheese biscuit for dinner then had to make a run for the bathroom and stay for 30+ minutes approximately six hours after. This was yesterday. The symptoms are still ongoing but not as bad as the first hit.  | 症状: 腹泻, 呕吐

I ordered a chicken legend meal, ice cream and a donut. After eating this hours later my stomach was hurting for 12 hours, couldnt sleep and also had the sweats and felt like i was going to be sick every moment.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心
