昨天中午我在拉博卡瓦尔纳市中心的一家餐馆吃了千层面（labocca.bg）
千层面味道出人意料地好。但是令我惊讶的是，订购大约 5 分钟后我把千层面放在了桌子上。我同时订购并吃了希腊沙拉。我认为只有在已经预先煮熟的情况下才有可能。这正是问题所在，因为你不知道这部分已经存储了多长时间。
无论如何，我吃完饭然后四处漫步之后就离开了餐厅。我突然不得不马上去洗手间。从那时起，我大约每半小时到一个小时上厕所。晚上我睡得很差，不得不马上再上厕所 2 个小时。在我不得不呕吐好几次之前，又是这样。我认为最糟糕的时期已经过去，但我感到虚弱。无论如何，我今天早上又去了三次厕所。顺便说一句，到目前为止，我有一种胃部压力过大的感觉。

这样的事情根本不应该发生。我对餐厅老板没有怨恨。但是请检查一下他，否则其他人也将遭受痛苦。

我今天要飞回瑞士。所以我只能待到下午 3:15 然后明天再来。这样旅行不好。请做点什么来保护他人。对我来说已经太晚了。
