Yesterday on July 17th, 2019. I went there and got the orange chicken and teriyaki chicken with noodles and rice, a few hours later my stomach began to bubble and knot up causing me to feel extremely sick. I began to throw up and have diarrhea all through the night and now this morning!!!!!  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐

Ate fried rice sweet fire chicken and crab rangoons about 20 minutes after i had horrible stomach cramps and had tob rush to the bathroom still happneong 24 hours later  | 症状: 恶心, 呕吐, 抽筋

Stopped in for lunch and had Chicken Teriyaki, Honey Walnut Shrimp, Fried Eggroll, Orange Chicken and rice. Went home immediately afterwards and my stomach began to feel burning and bloating. Came home right after. Developed instant pains in my stomach, sharp pains, radiated upwards to my jaw.… 更多

昨天 2019 年 7 月 5 日晚上 7:30 晚上 8 点左右吃了晚餐时间早上 10 点开始在工作中感到不适。腹泻后下午 5 点无法忍受吃早餐或午餐。自从我回家以来，我被送回家一直在呕吐和腹泻，伴随着寒冷和发烧。我订购了 chow main、西兰花牛肉和橙鸡。（西兰花牛肉对我来说是新的）。
