I was feeling fine all day . When I came back home from the gym, my friend offfered me s piece of pizza. I ate, fell asleep and a few hours later I was puking my lungs out. Repeatedly all night. I can’t even sip water without throwing up.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐

我的一场棒球比赛结束后去了必胜客自助餐。我和我的伙伴直接去买了奶酪披萨和面包棒。第二天早上醒来参加我们的第一场上午 11 点比赛，我醒来时发冷得非常糟糕，肚子感觉好像被锤子反复击中一样，肌肉疼痛让我觉得自己快死了。剩下的时间我几乎无法走路。

Going to keep this short orders two pizzas and 2 orders of boneless chicken wings i personally think the wings got me sick because around 5 hours later I threw up and burped up the taste of them for an hour  | 症状: 恶心, 呕吐, Burping
