I had the regular chicken sandwich this past Saturday and I became sick soon after. I have blood in my bowels when I use the restroom and it won't stop. I don't eat out that much but i was far from home. I am thinking of visiting the emergency room today.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 血色凳子

We order the 2pc chicken and my son order the famous chicken. He is sick with diarrhea and I ate one piece at evening by Morning my stomach aches like ulcer burn, nausea, and it feels like some sort of worm tape worm. Eating yogurt now for a quick fix I hope it works!  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 胃痛

I ordered two spicy chicken sandwiches on Tuesday, Nov 5, 2019. By Thursday morning, I was having severe stomach cramps followed by diarrhea and nausea and a terrible headache from Thursday evening until Sunday. I was hydrating and ate nothing but soup and crackers and Ginger ale to drink.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 抽筋, 头痛

Spicy Chicken Sandwich , I was the only one that bought one an hour ago and the symptoms started 5 minutes after I was done eating it I ate almost the whole sandwich and thru the other piece in the trash . I just started getting nauseated feeling like I have to throw up   | 症状: 恶心
