xl three meat pizza ordered Friday April 6, 2018 just before noon. Pizza did not seem as hot as it should have been so I suspect it had been sitting. Both people who ate this pizza became sick early the following morning.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

Tonight I purchased a QT Caesar Salad. About an hour after eating it, I began to experience a severe upset stomach and abdominal pain. About two hours after I felt as though I wanted to vomit and had terrible diaherra.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心

It was the morning of September 22, 2017 at QT, 321 E. Indian School Rd, Phoenix, AZ. I picked up a QT Hotzi Split Sausage Square Wrap. About two hours later I began to have cramps and it's lasted for 24 hours so far.  | 症状: 恶心
