我正在呕吐，腹泻抽筋我不得不去看医生，他们告诉我我有豆类和碎牛肉引起的食物中毒，太可怕了，我什至没有全部吃掉。“我很痛苦，我病了好几天，现在保险公司 Liberty Mutual 说我是唯一向商店经理报告的人，她可能会否认索赔，因为我不知道医生告诉我的是哪段话对我这样做的，我不知道他们怎么看待我因食物生病的感觉。中毒。我没要求这件事发生在我身上。我失去了几天的工作，我简直不敢相信他们会对我这样行事，因为我不明白为什么他们会这样对待我，我只是不编造这样的事情。我不希望其他人有这种感觉是我曾经有过的可怕感觉，我觉得他们不在乎我发生了什么事以及我经历了什么。我简直不敢相信我以前从未受到过这样的对待。我因为吃了 Taco Bell 的东西而受到惩罚真是太难过了。

昨晚我从这个 Taco Bell 那里为我和我丈夫买了食物...我自己订购了 4 个凉爽的牧场炸玉米饼 Doritos，用豆子代替牛肉，没有生菜。（我整天没吃东西所以我饿了）..我吃了几口我的第一个炸玉米饼，我肯定尝起来很奇怪。我还在吃东西是因为我饿了... 短短几个小时后我的胃开始受伤。而且我有在接下来的几个小时里呕吐的冲动...我几乎没睡觉。然后大约早上 6 点 30 分我终于开始呕吐了。我在大约 5 分钟内吐了 3 次。我今天整天都生病了。我出汗真是个致命的头痛，如果不感到恶心我就无法起床...我整天都没胃口。现在是晚上 7 点 25 分，我感觉好一点了。一定是重试过的豆子因为我丈夫没事。

I ate two soft shell supre.e tacos at 1045 this morning . Havent eaten since . Started feeling like I needed to use the restroom about an hour or two later . Didnt really go until 2 am when I felt absolutely horrible. Nausea vomiting diarrhea. Cold but hot. Not good.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐
