准备好的沙拉。鸡肉和培根配鳄梨酱。（我没吃调味料）。吃了 1/3。味道不对。抽筋了，以为是我的月经。但是随着夜晚的过去变得更糟。恶心不停。好几次变成腹泻。然后呕吐。变成了更严重的恶心。寒战。发烧。头痛。头晕。身体不好疼。胃仍然抽筋，恶心仍然存在。3 周前，一位同事从同一地点买了一份沙拉。她的症状持续了 4 天

chopped salad kit, exp oct 11, 2019
ate 2 cups salad (ate just te salad,did not include the packet)last night with baked chicken and feeling bad about 3:30 am then continued to feel bad , got up around 7 vomiting and diarrhea......

Called my mom to tell her I was sick and found out she had the same symptons. Found out the only thing we had in common was we both ate potato salad the night before. The walmart at Merced, CA Loughborough Dr & the one in Atwatwer CA Commerce Ave  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

We only shop there or fort Campbell ky commissary at the time of purchase for that item
Chef boyardee spaghetti and meatballs. My 6 year old grandchild ate the meatballs from some last night and woke up early morning hours throwing up and still is, and the only one sick  | 症状: 呕吐
