2019 年 7 月 26 日星期五，我在午餐时吃了一罐。从我当地的商店买到的。两个小时后我不得不离开工作岗位。开始经历胃痛。随着时间的流逝，疼痛变得更糟。它里面肯定有非常有害的细菌。我最后因阑尾炎进入急诊病房！  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐, 胃痛

I bought fresh ,deli boxed fruit from there, one was watermelon,the other was pineapple. within 20 to 30 minutes after ingesting the fresh pineapple,I became violently ill. 沙门氏菌。

我从当地商店购买了鸡肉包装三明治，这些三明治在 7 月 10 日和 11 日周三和周四的午餐时段吃过。到周五晚上，我患了可怕的腹泻，到周六深夜，我在医院里。通过 IV，我在那里服用液体和抗生素 8 天。我还有两个导管，一个在前面，一个在后面。
前 5 天我没有水和果冻。我在第 6 天获得了 “全液”（小麦奶油、布丁等）。我认为，正是在第 6 天，前尿管被移除，我认为，在第 7 天，直肠管被拉掉了。
同样在第 7 和第 8 天我得到了定期的饮食。我在第 8 晚上被带走了 IV 回家了继续按照医生的命令，我正在休息，以恢复自己的力量，直到 7 月 28 日第 16 天。这使得整整两个星期停止工作，没有收入。

We bought a bag of Tyson breaded chicken nuggets & both me & my fiancé both got extreme stomach cramps and really bad diarrhea about 15-30 minutes after eating them and it lasted about 6 hours.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 抽筋
