Severe illness after eating at natures grill on 4-9/26. Work up next morning with vomiting diarrhea, chills, severe dizziness, fatigue, Body aches. Still very ill 4/10  | 症状: 恶心, 腹泻, 呕吐, 胃痛, 发烧, 抽筋, 寒战, 头痛, 头晕, 疲劳, 身体疼痛

After eating a whopper at this location later that evening I got sick with cramps and diarrhea, Nausea and vomitting 4-10-2026, Ate there on 4-09-2026. Symptoms started 3 hours later  | 症状: 腹泻, 呕吐, 抽筋
