تناولت وعاء بوريتو الدجاج مع الفاصوليا السوداء والأرز البني والصلصة المتوسطة والساخنة والقشدة الحامضة والجبن والخس. أكلت 1:00 مساءً، بحلول الساعة 6:00 مساءً أصبت بقشعريرة وحمى وغثيان. استيقظت عدة مرات طوال الليل للتقيؤ. لا تزال تشعر بالغثيان مع الإسهال في اليوم التالي.  | الأعراض: إسهال, غثيان, حمى, قيء, قشعريرة

Had fried rice, beijeing beef, sweetfire chicken breast at approximately 8pm Sunday, Feb. 14 2016.
