7/21/19 approx 3 pm. There was a foul odor coming from the soda fountains. Sewer smell.

I got a bowl of chicken white rice lettuce corn salsa cheese and guacamole. I ate chips and guacamole. Immediately started having stomach cramps after about 30 mins of eating. Gone to the bathroom twice and thrown up once and we are just 2 hours post dinner.  | الأعراض: إسهال, غثيان, قيء, تشنجات

Ordered a salad bowl with black beans , mild salsa, half chicken half pork. Hours later I felt dizzy, nauseous and fell down, threw up and gashed the back of my head open. The symptoms persisted for hours and the vomiting and diarrhea continued.
