Ate a “Double Beef Volcano Burrito” with extra beef, rice and cheese. Removed fiesta chips and sour cream. Ate this item on 8/19 and it is now 8/21. I have had diarrhea and nausea for three days straight.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea
