I ate a vegetarian hummus and falafel pita wrap for lunch (12:00 pm and 12:30 pm) yesterday. I began to feel nauseous around 6:00 pm, and I began having diarrhea at 7:00 pm. I had all three symptoms: nausea, vomiting, and diarrhea from 11:00 pm to 4:00 am today.

I've gotten door dash 2x from there in the past 2 months and was sick the following day with a distended stomach, vomiting, and diarrhea. My wife does not get teh vegetarian chilli but I do. I'm concerned they are not properly cooling and storing their leftover…
