I ate a vegetarian hummus and falafel pita wrap for lunch (12:00 pm and 12:30 pm) yesterday. I began to feel nauseous around 6:00 pm, and I began having diarrhea at 7:00 pm. I had all three symptoms: nausea, vomiting, and diarrhea from 11:00 pm to 4:00 am today.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
