Ate the hot ham and cheese with alfredo sauce. Got horrible stomach cramps about 4 hours after eating. Had diarrhea all night--stil feel sick one day later.

Ate black and bleu burger at BJs at Cottonwood on June 25, 2018. Four hours later was very sick.
