Ate and 1 hour later, didnt make it home. Threw up 15 times. it is now 751 am on Wednesday, ate Tuesday. Ate at 740pm, feel like I'm dying. ...I have a drs appt in 3 hours

Last night I suddenly got very ill, nauseous, feverish, vomiting and diarrhea. I can't keep anything in, it comes out one end or the other. I had a chicken salad at here the night before last.

Ate at 5pm Tuesday September 18th,sick by 7:30 that night. We had sweet pork salads and kids had nino quesadilla, we all got sick so we think it was the tortillas.

HappenEd 2 hours after eating there. Only think I ate all day so I knew it was that place that did it. Got severe stomach pain, followed by diarrhea and then vomiting.
