Bowl Meal Causes Illness

I went yesterday around 6:00pm and got a bowl with Right rice, romaine, chicken, sauces on the side, white sweet potatoes, cucumbers, and Kalmata olives. A few hours later I had a stomach ache and diarrhea… it’s the next day and still having issues. This is horrible!

Pink Meatballs, Severe Symptoms

At about 8PM, ate a greens and grains bowl with just about all of their toppings. Meat choices were half chicken half lamb meatball. Meatballs were bright pink throughout the entire meatball.
