Went for dinner last night at 8pm, ate all the meats except for chicken breast and the last meat on a cutting board. I skipped the salad bar but did eat the plantains, mashed potato, and cheese bread. I woke up at 4 AM and threw everything up, now I have nausea, diarrhea, and stomach pains.

Ate there yesterday and almost immediately while driving home I got sick . Nausea, stomach pains and diarrhea with blood . It was horrible! Never felt so sick. Woke up still feeling the same
