Went for dinner last night at 8pm, ate all the meats except for chicken breast and the last meat on a cutting board. I skipped the salad bar but did eat the plantains, mashed potato, and cheese bread. I woke up at 4 AM and threw everything up, now I have nausea, diarrhea, and stomach pains.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
