An hour after eating a chicken and shrimp dish at cheddars Westport Road Louisville I became very ill vomiting diarrhea and nausea. I’m sill sick three days later.

I have eaten here many times w/ no issues. I had the fried chicken and mashed potatoes and a Sam Adams Winter Lager. Bloated up and in about 8 hours- almost continuous diarrhea- the worst I can ever recall.

Grilled Chicken Shrimp Illness

had the grilled chicken and shrimp with rice and salad. finished eating at 1 pm and felt nauseous on the way home and continued until 4pm then vomiting and diarrhea started
